SPECTRUM

No limits, no borders.

A cuvée crafted from the historic spectrum of grape varieties grown by our ancestors. It includes Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Roter Veltliner, Weißburgunder, and Traminer, a parent variety of Grüner Veltliner.

Broadening horizons with tradition.

The name Ott stands for Grüner Veltliner from Wagram. Nevertheless, we continue to cultivate and vinify other varieties as well, especially those with historical roots in our vineyards. Cuvée Spectrum is a wine that is out of the ordinary, yet with the same uncompromising quality you would expect from our winery.

HARVEST & VINIFICATION

100% hand-picked, harvested in three passes due to the different ripening times of the different grape varieties. Spontaneously fermented and macerated on the skins for three to four days for a full aroma. Aged in large Stockinger oak casks and bottled unfiltered.

ORIGIN

One vineyard, eleven grape varieties. The vines are rooted predominantly in secondary gravel in Engabrunn, with additional layers of loess and Gföhl gneiss. Up to 25 year old vines.

One wine, many facets

Cuvée Spectrum® – Our homage to diversity, origin, and uncompromising quality.

From our ancestors, we inherited a spectrum of grape varieties, united in a single vineyard. Traminer, Müller-Thurgau, Sylvaner, Roter Veltliner and Pinot Blanc. Matured by us in large oak casks, they do full justice to the name OTT.
