A Riesling in the Kabin(O)tt style. Off-dry, delicate, juicy, with depth and great drinkability. Two terroirs with unique aromas, skillfully combined.

Our Riesling is characterized by the gravel soils and cool winds typical of the high terraces of the Hengstberg. Purist, austere, taut, and crystal clear. Intense stone fruit aromas, juicy and vibrant.

HARVEST & VINIFICATION

100% hand-picked. Spontaneously fermented in a 2000-liter Stockinger oak cask. Mash maceration for several hours. Basket press. Maturation on the fine lees for several months.

ORIGIN

Grown in Kamptal on secondary gravel in the Wora vineyard in Engabrunn, and in Wagram on tertiary gravel in Ried Kirchthal, 1ÖTW Erste Lage, in Feuersbrunn. Up to 20 year-old vines.
