Chaque recoin refl\u00e8te notre histoire et celle de nos anc\u00eatres : une vie entre les vignes sur le versant avant et dans les bois sur le versant arri\u00e8re de la colline, au croisement entre G\u00f6sing am Wagram \u00e0 l\u2019est, Feuersbrunn am Wagram au centre et Engabrunn \u00e0 l\u2019ouest. Aujourd\u2019hui encore, les parcelles ont conserv\u00e9 leurs appellations d\u2019origine telles qu\u2019elles apparaissent sur la carte des vins de 1823. Il n\u2019y a jamais eu de remembrement. Nous avons cess\u00e9 de croire que nous \u00e9tions capables d\u2019imposer notre volont\u00e9 \u00e0 la colline, et nous avons adapt\u00e9 notre travail \u00e0 la nature. 95 pour cent des vignes sont plant\u00e9es en Gr\u00fcner Veltliner. Ce c\u00e9page trouve un terrain d\u2019expression id\u00e9al dans les couches profondes de l\u0153ss du Wagram et du Kamptal. C\u2019est ici qu\u2019il a ses origines, comme aucun autre c\u00e9page.
